Return policy

We will gladly accept returns on all none custom items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Incorrect address

All items will be shipped to the address supplied at the checkout. If you supply the wrong address please contact us asap. Once orders are dispatched the address can not be altered, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs if an incorrect address is supplied.

Damaged items

Unfortunately accidents during shipping happen, if your item arrives damaged please contact us asap with details and a picture of the damage. A replacement will be sent at no extra cost, alternatively you can return the damaged item to us for a full refund.

Lost items

If your item is declared lost in the post. A replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information
