Cards will be sent by second class royal mail large letter and to be expected in 2-3 working days. Other post options are available for an additional cost.

Cards will be sent by standard airmail and to be expected within 5-12 days. Other post options are available for an additional cost.
Items are not sent with tracking unless stated otherwise.
How are my items packaged?
All our cards are sent in a protective envelope or box. We support the naked card campaign and all our cards are wrapped in a decorative branded bag and include a free thank you bean. If you require your card to be sent in a cellophane bag then please leave a message in note to seller, we will be more than happy to accommodate this.
Can you create a custom/personalised design for me?
Unfortunately all our cards are pre-printed by a local printer so one off personalisation isn’t possible at this moment in time.

Can I have the bean custom etched?
Unfortunately all our beans are pre-etched so this is not an option at the moment, however if you see a bean you would prefer other than the one provided with your chosen card design then please let us know and we will happily swap them.
How long does my bean keep for?
For best germination results, the bean should be planted within 2 years. It will still grow beyond that but the germination rates will start to decline. Store in a cool, dry place to preserve the germination rates for as long as possible.

What type of bean are these?
Our laser etched beans are called canavalia ensiformis, (common bean). Once they become too large they can be planted in the garden where they will continue to grow.
